Jennifer Works With Children (3+), Teens, and Adults. Using a client-centered, and collaborative lens. She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), DBT, and and solution-focused methods in her process.
Every person’s journey is unique—my goal is to support you in discovering your own strengths and finding a path forward that feels right for you. Taking this first step toward therapy takes courage, and you don’t have to navigate it alone. I’m here to offer a warm, compassionate, and judgment-free space where we can work through life’s challenges together.
I work with individuals across all stages of life, with a particular passion for working with children as young as three years old through a client-led and relational approach. Whether your child is facing anxiety, school stress, or major life transitions, I will work with them (and you) to build practical coping tools. Together, we’ll process difficult emotions and build confidence at a pace that feels comfortable.
My experience includes supporting neurodiverse clients, as well as those navigating health
challenges, chronic pain, and difficult life transitions. If you are struggling with anxiety, low
mood, or trouble regulating emotions, I will help you develop deep self-compassion alongside strategies to move forward, no matter what you’re facing.
My approach to therapy is grounded, collaborative, and tailored to you. I blend person-
centered care and play therapy with evidence-based tools drawn from CBT, DBT, and solution-focused methods. I also love weaving in your unique strengths and interests—such as faith and art—so therapy feels authentic to who you are.
I welcome the opportunity to connect and support you on your therapy journey. Please feel
free to reach out to me!
