Meet Lainey! Elaine “Lainey” Tinius, QMHP, LMSW, CPMS, TBRI Practitioner Specialties: Trauma, Attachment, Autism, Relationships, Families, Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, Grief, Substance Use, Regulation and Sensory Needs All Ages, Children, Adolescents, Teens, Adults, Families, Couples Lainey comes to you with more than twenty years in the social work arena, rooted in child welfare, trauma, and serving those most vulnerable. She strives to assist her clients to see their greatest strengths and provides a mindful, wholistic, and solution-focused approach, to be supporting and safe in an environment of healing and growth.

Leading with connection and trust is something Lainey takes great pride in, providing an environment of engagement for all ages. As a TBRI practitioner, Lainey leads with connection, energy and play, but has a modality to “see the need, and meet the need” when it comes to every client. Her approach is compassionate and strength based.

All while being lead by the client, Lainey focuses on specific needs and goals, believing everyone deserves and are meant to connect with others in a positive, caring, supportive, and nurturing way. She works to advocate, educate, and empower others to be more trauma informed, as she likes say, “trauma focused, or trauma wise”, without judgement or fear.
